Purchases
Warranties for purchased items such as laptops and or PCs/Gaming PCs are stated on the invoice. Generally, refurbished laptops & PCs come with a 3-month hardware warranty. New laptops or PCs come with a 1-year hardware warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice. If your device is opened or altered in anyway by a third party, especially in the case of removing warranty stickers, this will void your warranty with us.
Returns
Faulty Damaged or Incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

After 30 days but within 6 months, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.

After 6 months, you may need to prove the fault was present when delivered.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following unless they are faulty:

Custom-built or personalised PCs
-
Software or digital downloads once unsealed or activated
-
Items returned without original packaging or missing components
-
Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
Change of mind
If a customer buys something online, by phone, or through mail order, they generally have the following rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

14-day cooling-off period: Starting the day after delivery, you can notify that you wish to cancel—for any reason, no questions asked

Additional 14 days to return the item: Once cancellation is communicated, you have another 14 days to send the item back

Refund timing and costs:

We will refund the cost of the product and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof they were returned.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we’re only required to refund the lowest standard delivery cost.

We may deduct any depreciation in value if the item was handled beyond what’s needed to check it.

Exceptions: No cooling-off rights apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items
-
Sealed software, DVDs, or games once unsealed

Perishable goods
-
Other similarly exempt items

Refund Timeframes
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
